3D Wall Panel DIY

DIY and craftiness run in the family because my sister and brother-in-law did this 3D wall panel DIY this past summer. I was offered a chance to try out and review CSI Wall Panels. I knew I was moving soon so asked my sister if she had any need or interest in these cool panels to decorate her home with. They didn’t use it the same way as how others have before, choosing not to attach the panels to the wall, instead of using them as decoration above a headboard to add some extra texture and interest to a guest bedroom.

Materials:

X-Acto Knife | 3D Wall Panels | Sand Paper | Spray Paint | Newspaper

Procedures:

The panels need to be prepped by cutting the excess edges off with an X-Acto knife.

Smooth our the edges by sanding them down with sand paper or a sand block.

Layout newspaper and spray paint the wall panels in the color of your choice. My sister and her husband used a spray paint that was a 2-in-1 product that was the primer and paint one. You can choose to buy and use each separately or use a 2-in-1 product as well.

Allow each panel to dry fully and see if you need a second or third coat.

Decorate your home with the panels as you see fit. My sister liked how they looked on the top of the headboard in one of her guest rooms!
