As many you know, trends tend to come and go in cycles. Is it just me or have we reached the peak of the current cycle of hair accessories trend? I feel like I’m bombarded with cute options everywhere, from my local craft store to places like Anthropologie. I came across their knotted hair tie set when I was standing in line to pay and was about to impulse buy them. But I knew these knotted hair ties would be easy to make for a fraction of the price (I made a set of 6 for under $1).
Knotted Hair Ties Procedures:
Cut 22″ of the elastic cord and fold in half.
Tie two knots on either end.
Tuck the excess ends back into itself and use E6000 glue to secure in place.
Make sure to let the glue to dry completely before using it to tie your hair!
