Thanksgiving Travel Tips to Keep You Sane
Turkey Day is coming and so is the nightmare of traveling during and around this time. But don’t worry, here are some travel tips to help get you through the holiday!
TSA Pre Check or Global Entry is amazing! I recently got it and never want to go back. Not having to take my shoes off or take out my laptop and liquids is something we all took for granted in the pre-high-security days. The line is much shorter as well!
If you don’t have the time or money for TSA Pre, make sure to plan ahead to give yourself ample time to get through the long lines at the airport. Check ahead of time how long the security line wait is here! And maybe download a game app or two to help pass the time faster.
It’s All about Your Attitude
We all know that traffic is going to be bad. Flights will probably be delayed or canceled, and people will inevitably become frustrated as a result of it all.
It’s so important to keep a positive attitude and go in knowing it’s not going to be all puppies and rainbows. Your attitude and patience will keep you sane while you’re trying to run to the next terminal to catch your connecting flight. Or while you’re sitting in bumper to bumper traffic trying to get to grandma’s house. And definitely while you’re stuck in the middle seat of anything.
